This drawing, by Helen Ganly, is a depiction of the time when Bryan Kelly was examining for the A.B.R.S.M. and his chair skidded away from him when he leant forward to write something - he had been swinging on the front legs! The volition and the shiny floor meant that he went right under the table!
After he emerged, the candidate was still playing. Once he had finished Bryan said, "I do hope the noise did not disturb you?" "What noise?" the candidate replied, "I didn't hear a thing!"
